Readiness diagnostic
What will slow down an investor's review, and how to fix it: a full reading against the KAPEX reference list, a written report in order of priority, an action plan and a 60-minute debrief. Deducted in full from the next step if it is ordered within 90 days.

Structural review
When the financing becomes serious or complex: shareholding, beneficial owners, holding and jurisdictions, shareholders' agreement, governance, related parties, repatriation, titles and security, read against what a bank, a development finance institution and a fund check. Diagnostic included. A reading, not legal or tax advice.
Depends on the number of entities and jurisdictions. Corrections are handled by the firms you choose, and the analyst who carried out the review does not verify your dossier.
KAPEX Verified
A single evidence file, read by the investors you give access to: for each document, the source, the method, the date, the expiry and the verifier. First year, with twelve months of updates included. Coverage, never an opinion.
Useful when several investors ask you for the same documents. The price depends on what can be obtained in your country.
KAPEX Verified renewal
From the second year: updating the documents that are expiring, so the dossier stays complete.
Optional. It only covers verified documents that are expiring, and you start it yourself: nothing is charged automatically.

The prices above are starting positions, not published rates: the scope of KAPEX Verified varies with the jurisdiction and with what can actually be obtained. We agree the amount before we start, and it does not change afterwards.
Partner firms' fees - legal, audit, modelling, technical - are invoiced to you directly by them. We take no commission and no fee share: our revenue is the same whether or not the firm wins the engagement.
A verification is coverage, never an opinion: it establishes what was checked, how, from which source and on what date. It does not say whether the company is a good investment, and it is not investment advice.
