From words to action.
The 2nd edition of the CEO Summit Indian Ocean was held in Antananarivo on 9-10 April 2026. Its closing resolutions called for a regional economic exchange platform and for moving from words to action.
At the summit one thing became plain: investors looking for real opportunities and founders with high-impact projects were moving through the same room without finding one another. KAPEX was built to close that gap.
KAPEX is an initiative of the Capital & Funding Cluster of the CEO Summit Indian Ocean, which convenes more than 600 chief executives and public decision-makers from eleven countries.
