How much does it cost?
Nothing to raise funds. Submitting your dossier, the initial review by our team, matching with mandates and the introduction itself are free, with no success fee. Optional services exist to go faster: they are set out on the Pricing page.
Does my project stay confidential?
Yes. No project is ever published. Investors first see an anonymous presentation. Your name, financial data and projections are shared only with the investors you approve, after your explicit consent, under NDA.
Who sees my dossier?
Only qualified investors whose mandate fits your project (sector, geography, ticket, instrument): private equity and VC funds, family offices, banks and development finance institutions.
What do I need to prepare?
For the eligibility check: your need, the amount sought ($25,000 to $50 million), the sector, the country and the stage of the project. For the dossier: the documents you have, for example a business plan, a pitch deck, financial statements, a financial model and your articles of association. You complete it at your own pace in your space.
How long does it take?
The eligibility check takes less than two minutes. Once you submit, our team carries out a first qualification within 72 hours, then tests your project against the network's active mandates. What follows depends on the investors and on your project.
